The International Cultural Exchange College is set for enrollment, education, and management of international students at Qufu Normal University. It was established in December 2001, and consists of the Department of Chinese Language Education, the College Office, and the International Student Admissions and Management Office.

Based on the different levels and characteristics of international students, the college offers courses in Basic Chinese, Chinese Language Tutorials, Chinese Reading, Chinese Listening, Chinese Spoken Language, Chinese Writing, Chinese Sayings, China Profile, Chinese Culture, HSK Exam Training, Calligraphy, Tai Chi and so on. International students who conform to language requirement can go directly to the relevant faculties to learn the subjects they are interested in.

The level of international students’ learning is divided into multiple levels and types such as short-term language study, undergraduate students, postgraduate students, and doctoral students. The enrollment program covers all undergraduate and graduate programs of the university.

Qufu Normal University is one of the accredited universities to accept international students to offer Confucius Institute Scholarships and Shandong Provincial Government Scholarships for both undergraduates and graduate students.
