6. To organize various units to report the relevant information regularly every year and edit the Yearbook of Qufu Normal University.

7. To be responsible for collecting and studying advanced information on reform and development of higher education at home and abroad, as well as the advanced experience of brotherhood institutions.

8. To do a good job in asset management, archival arrangement, as well as the preservation and the security of the information.

9. To do a good job in completing the tasks assigned by the departments of higher authorities and school party committees, as well as the tasks from the administration institutions.
