The Personnel (Teachers) Department is specialized in school human resources management and teachers' ideological and political work. Its responsibilities include: construction of teachers' morality, enrollment and training of teachers, deployment of personnel, management of professional and technical positions, evaluation and assessment of professional titles, as well as management of rewards and penalties, staff salaries and benefits, social insurance, postdoctoral affairs and personnel files.
