On November 17, Qufu Normal University and Suwon University of Korea successfully held a meeting of the joint management committee of Sino foreign cooperative school running project of music performance by video. Qu Yuekuan, member of the Standing Committee and Vice President, heads of the International exchange and cooperation office, the Academic Affairs Office and the Conservatory of music, Cui Guangzhu, director of the International Cooperation Office of Suwon University, Hong Zhouxi, president of the Conservatory of music, and heads of relevant projects of the two universities attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Shen Tongwu, director of the Department of International Exchanges and Cooperation.
In his speech, Qu Yuekuan fully affirmed the achievements of the two universities in the professional cooperation project of music performance, and thanked the relevant departments of Suwon University for their efforts for the smooth implementation of the project. It was hoped that the two universities would continue to understand and support each other, take the cooperative school running project as the platform, find more points of convergence, constantly explore new ideas and measures for cooperation between the two universities, and promote the two universities to continuously expand the new situation of international exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, Qu Yuekuan hoped to effectively solve the problems encountered in the project operation through this meeting and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of the project.
Cui Guangzhu introduced the school running history, discipline construction and international school running of Suwon University, praised the two universities for attaching great importance to the cooperative school running project, and said that they would continue to take practical measures with China to strive to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results of the cooperative school running project. Hong Zhouxi focused on the development status, faculty and talent training of the Conservatory of music of Suwon University, and said that he would continue to select high-level teachers for the project and work together with our university to cultivate qualified international art talents.
The members also had a full discussion on teaching management, project extension, South Korean teacher selection, training program adjustment and other issues, and had fruitful communication on promoting the development of cooperative school running projects and long-term cooperation planning between the two universities, and reached a preliminary consensus.
