On the afternoon of December 15th, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Qufu Normal University and Australian Education Management Group was held in Beijing. Zhang Honghai, President of Qufu Normal University, Qu Yuekuan, Vice President and Li Xinqing, chairman of the Australian Education Management Group, attended the signing ceremony. Zhang Honghai and Li Xinqing signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides. Relevant personnel of the International Exchange and Cooperation Office of QFNU and relevant personnel of the Beijing headquarters of the Australian Education Management Group attended the signing ceremony in Beijing. Relevant personnel from the Australian headquarters of AEMG attended the signing ceremony in Australia through video.
Zhang Honghai briefed the Australian Education Management Group on the school running situation and international development objectives of Qufu Normal University, hoping that the signing of the cooperation framework agreement will open a new chapter of international education cooperation between the two sides.
Li Xinqing extended a warm welcome to Zhang Honghai and his party and said that on the basis of friendly cooperation in the early stage, the two sides will cooperate closely in the joint training of high-level students and Sino foreign cooperative school running, so as to jointly build an international school running platform.
Wang Jing, executive director of Australian Education Management Group, introduced the situation of the group headquarters through video and said that she would fully support and cooperate with the international running and development goal of Qufu Normal University and actively connect in terms of international training of students and introduction of advanced resources. The two sides also had a preliminary discussion on the establishment of an overseas university learning center in Qufu Normal University.
According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out an all-round cooperation in the fields of student exchange, teacher development, joint postgraduate training and scientific research cooperation.
