Recently, the results, of which is the 32nd Social Science Outstanding Achievements Award have been announced. 24 awards have been achieved by our university, including 5 First-Prize, 9 Second-Prize, and 10 Third-Prize, with the amounts of the First-Prize ranking the first place and second place with the amounts of the total prizes among Subordinate-Provincial Colleges and Universities. The quality and the quantity of the awards hit an all-time high, which reflects our increasing research strength in the field of Philosophy and Social Science.
From the aspect of academic group, 7 awards are achieved by Pedagogy and Linguistics of Literariness respectively, 5 awards achieved by Management, 2 awards achievements Historiography, 1 award achieved by Literary, Philosophy and Application respectively; from the aspect of colleges distribution, 4 awards are achieved by Historical Culture College, 3 awards achieved by Economy College and Foreign Language College respectively, 2 awards achieved by the colleges of Media, Management, Faculty of Education and Literal Arts respectively, and 1 award achieved by the College of Geography and Tourism, Office of the International Exchange and Cooperation, Fundamental Education Courses Studies and Confucius Cultural Study Institute, Chinese Academy of Education Big Data and Office of Academic Studies respectively.
The achievements of the 5firts prizes are as follows:《A two-echelon sustainable supply chain coordination under cap-and-trade regulation》 written by Associate Professor Xu Jianteng of Management College, 《Silk Manuscripts<The Book of Change> Annotation and the Study of Confucius’ Change Thoughts》 written by Professor Liu Bin of Confucius Cultural Studies Institute, 《A Liar’s Story--On Absurd Narration and Desire of Mo Yan’s<Forty-one Lies>》 written by Professor Zhang Ruiying of the Literary and Arts College, 《The Flyover of Further Education: Framework and Acts》 written by Professor Liu Shibin of the Fundamental Educational Studies Institute and 《Non-Teaching Pedagogy-- Disruptive Creations in “Internet Plus” Times》(non-teaching means the Chinese teachers only teach their students knowledge not the methods) written by Professor Tan Weizhi of Chinese Academy of Education Big Data.
For its strictly selection and comment, intense competition and broad impact, Shandong Social Science Outstanding Achievement Awards becomes the highest award in the field of Philosophy and Social Science of Shandong Province. And it has become an important criteria to measure the level and quality of the researches and the studies related to philosophy and social science of Shandong Province. There are totally 250 outstanding achievements being selected, among which is including one special and First Prize, 29 First-Prize, 100 Second-Prize and 120 Third-Prize.
