In recent days, the results of the general projects, which is related to the Humanistic and Sociological Studies of the Education Ministry, has been announced by Social Science Studies of the Education Ministry. 17 projects of our university have been approved, including 8 Planning Fund Projects, 8 Youth Fund Projects and 1 project of promotion preferential revolution of politics teaching methods, with the amounts of the projects ranking the 38th among national colleges and universities, ranking the 8th among national normal colleges and universities, ranking the 1st among subordinate-provincial colleges and universities within Shandong Province.

 This year, among the approval of Social Science Fund Projects, there are 10 projects from the perspective of its distribution, including 3 projects of Linguistics, 3 projects of Maxim and Politics, 2 projects of Law, Pedagogy, Interdisciplines and Comprehensive Research respectively, 1 project of Economics, Chinese Literature, Arts, Sports Science and Foreign Literature respectively. From the distribution of colleges respective,4 projects of Translation Studies School, 3 projects of the Maxism College, 2 projects of Law College, 1 project of the colleges of Media College, , Faculty of Education, School of Life Science, Sports Science, Musical and Confucius Cultural Studies Institute respectively.

It is reported that the general projects of Humanic and Social Science Studies will be announced after the strictly selection by the experts from Social Science Studies of the Education Ministry and then public to the society. And there are 3127 projects including Planning Fund, Youth Fund and Self-raising, 199 projects of West and Border Areas in China, 14 projects of Sinkiang, 1 project of Tibet; 100 Special projects of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics Theoretical Systems, 73 Special projects of Ideological and Political Works of Colleges and Universities, 39 special projects to cultivate talents of Engineering Science and Technology, 5 special projects to educate incorrupt theoretical studies and 147 projects of the structure to demonstrate Maxim College and the teams of Outstanding teaching and science studies.
