Wednesday, May 8, 2019, a delegation of the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music paid a visit to QFNU. The Executive Vice President LOUTSENKO IOURI was employed as a part-time professor of the Conservatory of Music of our school. Hu Qingxue, Vice President of QFNU, met with the guests and issued an employment letter for LOUTSENKO IOURI. The two sides held talks on educational exchanges and cooperation and signed a framework agreement on cooperation between the two schools.

LOUTSENKO IOURI highly appreciated our school’s characteristics, expressed his gratitude to the efforts made by our school for the cooperation between the two sides, briefly introduced the development of the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, expressed his sincere desire to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in students, teachers and education, and hoped that through this visit, the two sides could achieve broader, deeper, and more fruitful cooperation.

During their visit, the delegation watched the gagaku performance made by the teachers and students of the Conservatory of Music in our school.

The Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music, also known as the Kiev Academy of Music, was established in 1913. It is the highest music education center in Ukraine with five departments and twenty-seven teaching and research sections. It has trained many world-renowned composers, musicians, music educators and music performing artists.
