Recently, the evaluation results of the 33rd Excellent Achievement Award for Social Sciences in Shandong Province have been officially announced. QFNU won 19 awards, including 4 first-class awards, 5 second-class awards and 10 third-class awards. The number of first-class awards ranked first among provincial universities for two consecutive years, and the total number of awards ranked second among provincial universities.

From the perspective of subject group, the award achievements of QFNU were as follows: 6 in pedagogy, 5 in literary linguistics, 2 in management and culture, 1 in economics, history, philosophical sociology and politics, respectively. From the perspective of unit distribution, 4 in College of Chinese Language and Literature, 2 in School of Economics and College of Foreign Languages, 1 in School of Communication, Faculty of Education, School of History and Culture, School of Statistics, Library, College of Politics and Public Management, Research Center for Basic Education Curriculum, Institute of Confucius Culture and Chinese Academy of Education Big Center, respectively.

The Excellent Achievement Award of Social Sciences in Shandong Province is the highest achievement award in the field of philosophy and social science in the whole province. It has become an important yardstick to measure the research level and strength of philosophy and social sciences in universities and research institutes of Shandong Province because of its strict evaluation, fierce competition and wide influence.
