Zheng Xiaoya, a graduate student of QFNU, majoring in music and dance of the class of 2018, stood out in the program "Fight for courage -- sing for dreams" held by variety channel of CCTV in September 2019, with a song "Zuo shou zhi yue", and won the champion with solid singing skills, which was highly praised by the judges and the audience. She was interviewed on the spot by Yang Fan, a famous CCTV host, and presented with the “silver microphone” award by judge tenor Geng Weihua.

Zheng Xiaoya was admitted to the music performance major of Qufu Normal University in 2014 with the first place in her major. In the first year of college, her father died of illness, which gave her a heavy blow, but she was strong willed in the face of adversity and was not defeated by difficulties. In order to reduce the economic burden of her mother, zheng xiaoya used her spare time to work and study, not only to train her practical ability, but also to improve her professional level. In 2018, zheng Xiaoya was admitted to our university as a postgraduate in vocal music performance theory and teaching research with excellent results, learned from associate professor Xu Honglei. With the guidance of the tutor, zheng Xiaoya's professional level has been greatly improved. In the summer of 2017, zheng Xiaoya stood out from jining competition area through multiple rounds of selection with the recommendation of her tutor. In June 2018, she was informed by CCTV that she was qualified for the finals of CCTV recording.
