On December 14, with 8 "talent buses" loaded with youth scholars driving into Qufu Normal University, the 2019 youth scholars exchange meeting of Qufu Normal University officially opened. 323 young doctors, postdoctors and high-level talents from home and abroad gathered in confucius' hometown.

The purpose of this exchange meeting was to build an exchange platform for young talents in various disciplines, expand channels for talent introduction and negotiation, attract outstanding talents to join QFNU and achieve win-win cooperation. "We give priority to the gathering of young talents, the cultivation of top talents, and the creation of outstanding talents in the process of school's career development." Qi Wanxue, Secretary of the Party committee of QFNU, said at the meeting that in the future, school would continue to implement the leading strategy of strengthening school with talents, focus on the needs of talents, do its best to provide talents with a platform for career development, a working environment, and strive to make school a yearning place, a place for entrepreneurship and a home for better life.

At the meeting, professor Wu Peilin, a high-level talent representative of QFNU, a leading talent of philosophy and social sciences in the "Ten Thousand Talents Plan" of the state, and professor Liu Xiaobing, an outstanding young doctor of QFNU, shared their personal experience and achievements in teaching and learning at Qufu Normal University. Wang Jisuo, Vice President of QFNU, held a signing ceremony with representatives of talents to be introduced.

Zhang Honghai, President of QFNU, hoped to take this exchange meeting as the starting point to strengthen exchanges, enhance understanding, look forward to cooperation, and forge friendship with young talents.
