The Party committee of the school attached great importance to the prevention and control of the epidemic situation and issued the Notice on Prevention and Control of Pneumonia with COVID-19 at the first time. The Party committee held a meeting to deploy work to prevent and control the COVID-19, set up a leading group with party committee secretary and principal as chief, deputy secretary in charge and vice president as deputy leader, and heads of relevant units as members. The group is responsible for the leadership, comprehensive coordination and organizational implementation of the prevention and control of COVID-19, deployment of prevention and control measures. Just after New Year's Day, the school leaders went into the two school districts, dispatched and directed the epidemic prevention and control work on the spot, and made arrangements for the school epidemic prevention and control, security, logistics support and other work.

Strengthen the management of entry personnel and vehicles. The campus closed part of the school gate, banned foreign personnel and vehicles into the campus and conducted the valid card for the school staff. All personnel with valid card and must pass the temperature test, no fever cough and other symptoms before entering the school(according drivers and passengers). The school dispatched the college leading cadre to assist the security department, strengthened each school gate post strength, effectively controlled the school transportation. School security departments in the two districts to put out the epidemic prevention and control propaganda leaflets door-to-door to guide teachers and students to understand the COVID-19 and response to the COVID-19 rationally.
