On the morning of February 19, according to the deployment and arrangement of the leading group of the provincial novel coronavirus-cased pneumonia epidemic prevention and control, in order to further urge the education units in the province to strictly implement various prevention and control measures, and effectively complete the epidemic prevention and control, Zhang Lin, the leader of the Provincial Education Department’s Epidemic Prevention and Control Supervision Team, Secretary of the Province Education Admissions Testing Party Committee, and Zhu Linghua, Director of SDETV respectively went to our university for supervision and guidance. Qi Wanxue, group leader and party secretary of our school’s epidemic disposal working group, Zhang Honghai, principal of our school, Lu Guoqiang, deputy group leader, deputy principal, and relevant functional department personnel accompanied the inspection.

The inspection team went to school's gate, comprehensive teaching building, international student service center, shopping supermarket, canteen, student dormitory Wenze Garden, teaching building C, temporary medical isolation and other places to conduct inspections, and listened to the staff’s introduction and knew our university’s closed campus management, epidemic prevention and disinfection, staff on duty, student management, and material supply.

The inspection team had a detailed understanding of the epidemic prevention and control work of our university and put forward suggestions. The inspection team said that the critical moment of the epidemic prevention and control was approaching. And the school would be starting, and should further follow the relevant requirements of the superiors on epidemic prevention and control, go all out, check leakage fill a vacancy, and ensure campus public health safety.

School leaders stated that since the outbreak, the school has strictly followed the requirements of its superiors and immediately established an epidemic disposal leadership team, formulated emergency plans, established a rapid response and joint prevention and control mechanism, united various departments, and strengthened campus control.

QFNU will further implement a series of important instructions given by General Secretary Xi Jinping on the prevention and control of the epidemic, and will put the safety and health of teachers and students first, and will lead the teachers and students of the school to work together to resolutely win the epidemic.
