On September 28th, Qufu Normal University, which was founded in Confucius' hometown, held a grand launching ceremony of 65^th anniversary.

At the ceremony, the 65^th anniversary logo of Qufu Normal University was officially released. The logo was composed of the school emblem and Muduo sound wave, symbolizing the school history went on forever in the sound of Muduo, accompanied by the endless vigor and vitality. The logo is bright and fresh in color and dynamic in shape. It is full of happy and festive atmosphere. It also fully shows the 65 years of historical accumulation, cultural heritage and school running characteristics of QFNU.

Professor Zhang Zhimin, who has worked in QFNU from 1957, donated to his alma mater three national certificates, such as "model worker of national education system". Alumni representative, Dou Dahai, an alumnus of the former Department of Political Science, donated to his alma mater the certificate and trophy he won in the CCTV "Win in China" competition. Zhao Xueyin, a 2020 graduate student of the Institute of Physical Education, archery champion of the 13th National Games in 2017 and champion of the National Archery Championship in 2018, donated his bows and arrows for training to support the development of education in QFNU.

Among the cheers, the retired teacher representatives, professor Jing Jimin and professor Zhang Zhimin, in-service teacher representative, professor Wu Peilin, alumni representative Dou Dahai, representatives of undergraduates and postgraduates and school leaders jointly launched the countdown board for 65th anniversary of QFNU, marking the full start of 65^th anniversary celebration work.

Ma Shanjun, deputy secretary of school party committee, presented the flag to the volunteer team, and vice president Feng Chong accepted the donation on behalf of QFNU. The heads of the office of 65^th anniversary and the representatives of volunteers witnessed the moment.

At the end of the ceremony, all the staff sang the school song, expressing sincere wishes for QFNU anniversary and good wishes for the future.
